When our customers want their money to work that bit harder, they turn to our Financial Planning Managers. It’s their job to match each customer with the right products from our Select Choice portfolio and build profitable long-term relationships.
Sitting down with customers, you’ll carry out full reviews to get a clear picture of their financial situation, their attitude to risk and what they want to achieve. Then it’s a case of identifying the products that will be suitable for them, and explaining why.
An important part of the job is developing and building relationships from the pipeline of leads coming through your Retail Partners around the business. This is where your coaching and motivating abilities will be vital. Feedback and advice will keep the sales teams enthused and help them to keep business flowing and hit their own targets.
The financial knowledge to stay on top of our growing range of products is vital. As is the ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues and customers alike. You’ll also need to marry those skills with a real flair for financial products and the ability to clearly translate complex financial issues.
Your proven record of building profitable customer relationships, together with your CeFA or FPC qualifications are key. Bring a demonstrable understanding of the sales processes and regulations that go with our industry, the commitment to continuously develop, and in return we’ll provide you with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the products we recommend.
